How it works today

This single sheet is the source of truth for every stay, and everything about producing it happens by hand, over chat, and by phone.

  • The host collects every field over Airbnb chat, then writes it out by hand.
  • Parking means calling space owners one by one, then forwarding a GCash number.
  • A photo of the finished form gets sent to the guest and the front desk.
  • At arrival the guest queues, surrenders their ID overnight, and carries the form to the guard.
